(she/her)
Hi, I’m Shelby Harvey, an LCPC, specializing in helping couples and individuals heal, grow, and reconnect. I believe that everyone deserves to feel truly seen, heard, and understood — especially in their most important relationships and in the aftermath of painful experiences. My passion is guiding couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed back to a place of trust and intimacy. I also support individuals who have experienced trauma, helping them process what they’ve been through and move forward with greater self-compassion and resilience.
My approach is warm, honest, and person-centered. I know that real healing happens when you feel safe to be your authentic self — so I offer a non-judgmental space where you can share your story, explore new perspectives, and build the tools you need to create meaningful change. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re hoping to rebuild a relationship, heal old wounds, or simply feel more grounded and connected, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My approach is warm, person-centered, and collaborative — I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, tap into your strengths, and find practical tools to help you create real change in your life. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more empowered, connected, and hopeful, I’m here to help. Let’s connect — I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

I hold my level 2 gottman certification and apply this knowledge to all couples sessions
I meet couples where they are within their relationship l, struggles, and dynamics to find ways to grow together and build a happier, healthier relationship.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past seven years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
