Hello! My name is Tasha! You deserve a space where you are not judged, and you feel safe to heal and grow. My years involved in the community and studying mental health have given me a deep desire to help people better understand themselves. I will used evidence based practices to help guide you on the journey of finding your best self. I am a LMHC and a MCAP, and can help manage anxiety, depression, addictions or just day to day life struggles. You are not alone and I would love to help walk along side you on your journey!

In our first session, I will start with brief introductions then dive into specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help individuals become aware of their thoughts and emotions that lead to behaviors. We will learn to challenge and reflect on our thought process in order to change unhealthy habits and behaviors
