Hello! My name is Tasha! You deserve a space where you are not judged, and you feel safe to heal and grow. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship that empowers and guides you to be your best self. My years involved in the community and studying mental health have given me a deep desire to help people better understand themselves. I will used evidence based practices to help guide you on the journey of finding your best self. I am a LMHC and a MCAP, and can help manage anxiety, depression, addictions or just day to day life struggles. You are not alone and I would love to help walk along side you on your journey!
In our first session, I will start with brief introductions then dive into specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.
During each session you will feel calm and relaxed as if you are just conversating with someone you trust. I will listen, be empathetic, and offer a safe non-judgemental space. You should leave sessions feeling lighter, clear headed, and empowered to live your best life!

I use CBT to help individuals become aware of their thoughts and emotions that lead to behaviors. We will learn to challenge and reflect on our thought process in order to change unhealthy habits and behaviors

Great sessions, Tasha provides a very safe space to be vulnerable and not feel judged or uneasy about being transparent. She is very knowledgeable and sessions always seem to go by quickly but never end leaving you feeling dissatisfied or that she lacked in anything pertaining to your session. I am very satisfied and look forward to my continued therapy sessions with Tasha, moving forward.

Tasha was very transparent in her introduction and made this initial meeting a comfortable and pleasant session. I really look forward to start working with her.

If you think of having a therapist, and you imagine yourself complaining to someone and they tell you everything's going to be fine and here are some tools to fix it, this isn't that kind of conversation. I love that! I already have most of the tools that I need to be happy in life, but Tasha helps me work through my thoughts and calls me out on the things that I need to focus on and we make plans together to make positive change and then reassess and start again.
