My approach tends to resonate with clients who value authenticity, reflection and learning tangible skills they can apply in their everyday lives. I work with adolescents and adults as they navigate life’s challenges with greater self-understanding, confidence and emotional balance. With a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental lens, clients feel safe to be themselves while working toward meaningful change. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, blending compassion with practical tools to help clients manage anxiety, improve relationships, process difficult experiences and build healthier patterns in their daily lives.
My goal in the first session is to create a space where clients feel heard, respected and emotionally safe without pressure to share more than they are ready for. Together, we begin identifying goals and exploring what support and healing may look like for them moving forward.
I balance warmth, empathy and validation with practical guidance and skill-building. I strive to help clients feel deeply understood while also supporting them in making meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives. Clients often appreciate that I am both compassionate and direct, creating a space where they can process emotions openly while gaining tools to navigate challenges more effectively.
I enjoy meeting with individuals who want a therapy space that balances emotional support with practical coping strategies. My clients are often looking to better understand themselves, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, process painful experiences and develop a stronger sense of identity and self-worth. I support clients who feel disconnected, misunderstood, or emotionally exhausted from carrying responsibilities for others while struggling to care for themselves. Whether someone is processing trauma, managing intense emotions, navigating family conflict, or trying to break long-standing patterns, I aim to provide a compassionate and collaborative environment that supports meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy is grounded in trauma-informed care. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard and empowered. I understand that past experiences can shape the way we think, feel, relate to others and respond to stress and I approach each client with compassion, curiosity and respect for their unique story.

I work from a strengths-based and relational perspective, helping clients build insight while also developing practical tools to manage emotions, navigate relationships and increase self-understanding.
Relational
My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and attachment-focused interventions to support healing, emotional regulation and resilience. I value authenticity and connection in the therapeutic relationship and strive to create an environment where clients can explore difficult experiences without fear of judgment.
