First session

In our first session together, I want to create a welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. We’ll start with an initial psychiatric assessment, during which I will listen carefully to your concerns and take the time to understand your mental health history. My goal is to collaborate with you to develop a solution-based approach that aligns with your needs and aspirations. I’m here to support you on your journey toward better mental health.

Strengths

I am dedicated to providing a nurturing and inclusive approach that embraces individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. I genuinely celebrate our diverse cultures and am highly sensitive to your personal experiences and needs. My aim is to foster a warm and welcoming environment where every voice feels heard and appreciated. Together, we can navigate your journey with empathy and understanding, supporting one another with compassion every step of the way.

Ideal clients

Youth includes children, teenagers, and young adults. It also includes individuals from the LGBTQI+ community and those with different religious beliefs. When addressing women’s issues, we should focus on topics like postpartum depression to highlight the often overlooked challenges and successes of new mothers. This shows us how important emotional support and understanding are. Furthermore, the challenges faced by people with learning disabilities reveal their strengths and abilities, reminding us to celebrate their unique journeys.

Treatment methods

Supportive

I’m here to create a treatment plan that fits your personal goals and health wishes. My main job is to support you every step of the way and make sure we continue to tailor everything to your needs. Together, we’ll explore different options and strategies, always keeping what matters most to you at the forefront. Let’s make this journey a positive and fulfilling experience.

Kay is a good listener, very compassionate and understanding. She considered my symptoms very carefully and we came up with a treatment plan. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I will continue my treatment with her
