What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
Consider our first session a Get To Know, providing us an opportunity to learn more about each other and get a real feel for what it will be like working together. You'll have the opportunity to ask me questions and share in more detail what you truly desire from therapy, then I will ask you questions about your background, family, relationships, interests, work, what makes you, you. Depending on how much support you need in the moment, it is possible that we may jump into the deep, or not; either way, we will make it work. It's all about you.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I employ different treatment modalities in my practice which are usually driven by what you need in your session. Therapy is your journey and your journey is unique because you're unique. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Sex Therapy. It's important to note that Sex Therapy is private pay only. Most important is that your treatment is customized for you.
