Hi, and welcome. I’m a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-understanding, and resilience. I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, so I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to understand your experiences and identify practical tools for change. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, gain insight, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentic.
During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences and what support may be most helpful. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns about the therapy process, and get a sense of whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where you feel heard and supported. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and developing a plan that aligns with your needs and priorities.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and supported, so I prioritize creating a trusting, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences and challenges. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring interventions to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to identify strategies that are both effective and sustainable. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression. Whether you are processing difficult life experiences, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, my goal is to help you gain insight, build practical coping skills, and move toward greater healing, resilience, and overall well-being.
