I have the unique experience of growing up outside of the US as well as a previous career as a lawyer. Grow Therapy provides a platform to utilize my expertise as a therapist, to deliver high quality services to individuals in seek of therapy. It is my belief that creating a safe and nonjudgemental space for self-exploration is the cornerstone of a successful therapeutic relationship.
Strengths
My therapeutic philosophy is best described as "nurturing and cultivating the client's inner strengths." My hardworking but peaceful demeanor has enabled me to bring a sense of calm amidst chaos and guide those in crisis. Essential to my practice is a focus on problem-solving and educating to bridge the gap between a person's core values and how to achieve the goals they set forth.
Ideal clients
My experiences highlighted the disservice the most vulnerable populations face as well as the frustrations that is felt from a system standpoint. My combinations of lived experiences highlighted the disservice and exposure to different cultures allow me to look through a different lens and empathize with and validate the frustrations of those impacted and disenfranchised by our various systems.
