Are you struggling to understand a recent break-up or are you dissatisfied with where you are in life and feel ready to make some changes? Are you looking for a safe and non-judgmental space where you can share your feelings? I specialize in working with women who are struggling with relationship challenges, job stress, life transitions, work-life balance (parenting), or low self-esteem. Through our work together, I will guide and support you as you shift from ways that are not working to ways that do. My style is warm, compassionate, interactive and I use curiosity to help you discover new ways of thinking and explore new perspectives. Through our collaboration, we will uncover your strengths as I support you to create the positive change you are seeking. Making the choice to start therapy can be intimidating, and anxiety-producing. My down-to-earth and relatable style makes this process easy and smooth. I look forward to supporting you as you begin your journey toward becoming the best version of yourself.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first visit will be spent on building trust and establishing our therapeutic relationship. Much of the time we will be talking about how you have been feeling recently and what you hope to get out of therapy. The first meeting is about getting to know one another and an opportunity for you to ask questions or concerns that you may have about the therapeutic process.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength lies in my deep empathy and genuine care for my clients. I'm here to listen, understand, and support you without judgment. My ability to actively listen creates a safe and welcoming space where you can freely express your thoughts and emotions. I specialize in supporting young adult women through the unique challenges they encounter during this transformative phase of life. Whether it's navigating the complexities of romantic, family, or friendship relationships, coping with work-related stressors, or managing the ups and downs of general life transitions, I'm here to guide you. In relationships, we'll delve into communication patterns, boundaries, and healthy dynamics to help you foster more fulfilling connections. With work stressors, I'll equip you with tools to manage pressures, strike a balance, and cultivate resilience in your professional life. And as life takes unexpected turns, I'll provide guidance to adapt, grow, and embrace the changes with confidence. My goal is to empower you with practical strategies and a supportive partnership that enables you to overcome challenges and seize opportunities. Together, we'll create a roadmap that leads to personal growth, increased self-awareness, and the skills needed to navigate the complexities of young adulthood with strength and grace.
