I am a licensed counselor in MD and De have over 6 years of experience helping individuals in community mental health and medical settings. It is my goal to create a space where a person can feel seen, heard, and supported. This provides the foundation for a person to learn new coping skills, navigate challenges, and resolve issues that have been weighing them down in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The initial consultation call is your opportunity to share your story, ask questions, and ensure that we are a good fit for each other. Once we've agreed that we're a great match, we'll schedule an assessment session. During this session, we will focus on discussing current challenges and concerns, gathering a comprehensive history to understand your unique background, and working together to determine the next steps for your treatment.

I bring a warm and non-judgmental presence to our work together, ensuring that you feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind. While I’m deeply affirming of your strengths and experiences, I also believe in the power of gentle challenge to help you grow and move toward your goals. Humor often finds its way into our sessions, helping to lighten tough moments and remind us of the joy that can exist even in the midst of hard work. When needed, I’ll be direct and honest, providing clear guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll create a therapeutic partnership rooted in trust, authenticity, and progress.
