I look through a psychodynamic lens (past relationships, patterns, parental attachments) to help the client navigate current life struggles or challenges.
In a warm, trusting and non judgmental environment, I invite the client to work through these life challenges that may render them "stuck" and gain new insight and awareness. Together we can write a new narrative that promotes a more productive and satisfying here and now.
First session
No pressure. We will start by just getting a sense of one another. In a safe and trusting space the client can share what brought them to therapy. Then the client will decide if we are a good fit for each other.
Strengths
I promote a safe, non judgmental space where the client is the expert of their own life.
