Rachel Clarke
Hi, My name is Rachel Clarke and I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who practices in the state of Florida via telehealth. I have been providing care to a variety of patients for over 15 years. I received my initial Nursing degree from Florida International University, and Masters degree from Walden University.
To utilize my knowledge and experiences gained as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in a mental health setting to assist clients achieve mental wellness.
My passion is to provide compassionate and quality mental health care for all patients across their lifespans.
First session
Our initial session will involve a thorough intake of your history and reason for seeking mental health care. A collaborative approach is utilized when providing care. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan that will best fit your mental health needs.
