I am a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in helping individuals navigate life's most complex transitions with clarity and courage. I have passionately served in this field for over 30 years working with children, adolescents, and adults. With years of experience, I work together with you to dismantle the barriers holding you back and empower you with tools and psychological resilience needed to lead a more balanced and purposeful life. I have supported those in high-pressure roles and life stages providing a grounded, compassionate space where you achieve the emotional breakthrough necessary to thrive both personally and professionally.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, my priority is to ensure that you feel heard and understood. You will have a dedicated space for us to get to know one another and explore what brought you here. We will discuss your goals, your history, and any immediate challenges that you are facing. By the end of our hour, we would have a shared understanding of our starting point and a vison for the path moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength lies in my ability to remain steadfast in the face of complexity. I also have the ability to bring a high level of clinical skills and balance my strategies with genuine, deep empathy and compassion. You gain a partner who understands the weight of the challenges you are carrying while providing a clear map to move through them. I excel at creating a high-trust environment where we can dive into difficult truths without feeling overwhelmed and bring "calm in the storm" as we dismantle long-standing negative patterns and build lasting psychological resilience even when life feels at its most demanding. At each session, my goal is to provide you with clarity and actionable insights necessary to see real change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

While knowing my passion and genuineness to serve clients without any judgement nor biases, I am best positioned work best with clients who are intellectually curious and ready to take an active, collaborative role in their healing process. My ideal client values a structured yet compassionate environment and is motivated to translate the insights gained during our sessions into tangible, real-world action.
