Are you or your child feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or not quite yourself? You’re not alone—and support is available. I offer compassionate, personalized psychiatric care that blends the best of modern medicine, natural approaches, and creative therapies to help you or your loved one feel balanced and empowered again. I’m a board-certified PMHNP with 15 years of experience treating children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics across outpatient, inpatient, and PHP settings. I offer whole-person care through modern medicine, natural options, and art therapy. I believe that everyone has a purpose—even when it’s hard to see—and there is always hope for healing.

I also incorporate art therapy and therapeutic assignments, which have been especially effective for children, teens, and creative adults.

First session

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, in-depth conversation where we explore your symptoms, personal history, and goals. This is your space to be heard without judgment. We’ll talk through what’s been challenging you and begin building a customized plan—whether that includes medication, therapy support, natural approaches, or a combination. I’ll answer all your questions and make sure you leave the session feeling understood and hopeful. Parents or guardians joining for children’s sessions can expect a gentle, informative process that centers your child’s well-being. Here is a breakdown What You Can Expect: • In-depth psychiatric evaluation • Personalized care plans: modern medications and/or holistic strategies • Optional art therapy and take-home assignments • Warm, collaborative sessions for adults, teens, and kids • Evening and weekend appointments available • Most major insurance plans accepted • If you don’t see an available appointment, feel free to contact me—I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule. Note for Georgia clients: Due to state-specific regulations, I am currently unable to prescribe stimulant medications in Georgia (e.g., Adderall, Vyvanse, Concerta). However, I can work with you to explore non-stimulant alternatives and holistic strategies for managing ADHD and related symptoms. I’ll be launching several social media platforms soon to share tips, encouragement, and mental health tools for all ages. Stay tuned—more ways to connect, heal, and grow are on the way!

Strengths

What sets me apart is my ability to blend clinical expertise with genuine compassion and creativity. I’ve spent over a decade supporting clients across psychiatry and family medicine, and I tailor each plan to the whole person—not just their symptoms. I offer modern medication management as well as natural, holistic options when requested. I also incorporate art therapy and therapeutic assignments, which have been especially effective for children, teens, and creative adults. Clients often tell me they feel truly seen, heard, and supported in a way that’s both practical and deeply human. I am currently working in setting up my social media platforms so stay tuned for more information.

Ideal clients

I work best with clients who are open to personalized care and ready to take an active role in their healing. My ideal clients include children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, or burnout. Many are high-functioning but emotionally overwhelmed, and they want support that blends modern psychiatry with natural and expressive options like art therapy and lifestyle changes. If you’re seeking a collaborative provider who looks at the whole picture—not just symptoms—I’d be honored to support your growth.

I am grateful that Stephanie had the first appointment when I was ready to take this step. I have an appointment with her today and I can say that the homework assignments and my therapy has opened my mind a bit and let me think past this invisible wall.
