Together, we'll work on developing coping skills, identifying triggers, and honoring your core beliefs.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with a variety of clients for over 20 years, I meet clients where they are. Thus helping you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a treatment plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with clients of all ages. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life transition and/ or symptoms.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing to guide you through the stages of change—from ambivalence to confidence. My approach is tailored to help you progress through life's challenges with resilience and strength.
