About me

Does your life look "fine" on the outside, but inside you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin? Are you unsure of who you are anymore? Trying to hold it all together while navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, and big life changes. Are you someone who loves deeply but feels lost in the demands of caring for others, putting yourself last? Or maybe you have simply always been the strong one, but lately the weight of that strength is starting to feel too heavy. If any of this sounds like you, then you have come to the right place. I help adults untangle the pressures they carry- whether from perfectionism, people- pleasing, attachment issues, or generational patterns- and begin to reconnect with themselves in a deeper more compassionate way. Together we will explore what's beneath the surface, rediscover your voice, and build a path towards healing that feels real and doable. As a therapist, my approach is collaborative and compassionate. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel seen and supported, moving at a pace that honors your story and your strengths. Starting therapy may feel like a leap, but you don't have to do it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and talk about what brought you to therapy. I'll ask some gentle questions about your history, current concerns, and goals so we can begin understanding what's been weighing on you. We will see what healing can look like for you as well as we move forward. This is also your space to share at your own pace. There is no pressure to have it all figured out. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel seen, safe, and heard. By the end of the first session, we can begin identifying some next steps and start building the foundation for the work we will do together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen and safe to be their full selves, including the parts that are usually hidden. My approach blends a variety of modalities with a relational, attachment based lens. I focus on helping clients understand the "why" behind their patterns, build emotional regulation skills and learn to respond to self with compassion instead of criticism. Clients often share that therapy with me feels safe, deep, and grounding. They find a balance of insight, gentle challenge, and grace that helps them move from simply surviving to thriving.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Most of my clients are women who have spent years being the "strong one". Holding it all together while quietly feeling exhausted, unseen, or unsure of who they are anymore. Many are high-functioning perfectionist or caretaking for everyone else while putting themselves on the backburner. They may be navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, motherhood, loss, or deep identity shifts. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore their inner critics. The ones who want to understand where their patterns come from, to reconnect with their authentic selves, and begin showing up with more self-compassion. Together, we will slow down, make space for emotions, and build the safety needed to heal what's been buried or ignored for so long.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients build awareness of their thoughts and emotions without judgement, while aligning their actions with their core values. Through this method I can support clients in creating a more meaningful and authentic life, even in the presence of difficult emotions.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment based approach when I need to help clients understand how early relationships shape patterns of connection, trust, and self-worth. Together, we work to create a safe, supportive space that fosters healing, emotional security, and healthier relationships. Parts work, inner child work, and somatic exercises will be used as well to help process childhood experiences. I am a firm believer that adult problems have childhood answers, so sometimes it's important to process events of the past.

Christian Counseling

In my practice, I offer Christian counseling for clients who which to integrate their faith into the healing process. This approach combines mental health insight with biblical principles to support emotional, spiritual, and relationship growth rooted in grace and compassion. Completely optional and by request only.

Trauma Informed Care

I use a trauma- informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment through the healing process. I help clients understand how trauma impacts the body and mind while supporting them in rebuilding a sense of control, connection, and self- compassion.
