New to Grow
I am a CBT-based therapy practice with over 9 years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional challenges. My approach is structured, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can make meaningful, lasting changes. In our work together, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help you identify unhelpful thinking patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. Sessions are goal-oriented but tailored to your individual needs, pace, and circumstances. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I focus on creating a supportive and professional space where you can work through difficulties while building confidence, resilience, and long-term emotional wellbeing.
During our initial session we will go over your needs and desires for therapy, as well as setting goals and establishing a professional therapeutic relationship. This is my chance to hear your story and what brought you into therapy.
Each client brings a diverse set of needs into the therapeutic room. It is my job to help you walk through whichever concerns and life stages you are currently facing. Depending on your personal wishes and needs I can provide a supportive place for you to express thoughts, feelings and emotions while also addressing negative thinking patterns and faulty personal beliefs.
My dream clients are those who may be struggling with or professional, next steps, navigating difficult, relationship issues, parenting, and family concerns, and those walking through divorce or separation. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and all different walks of life. I also am glad to work with clients short-term or a long-term, depending on their personal desires and needs.
