What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will collaborate to establish therapeutic rapport. I will work to get insight and understand your goals for therapy. We will then create a treatment plan specific to those goals and begin our therapeutic journey.

I take a "reality," client-centered, trauma-focused, evidence based and culturally humble approach. Areas of strength include: anxiety, depression, stress management, marriage and family, adoption, self esteem and women issues.
