About me

With over 20 years of counseling experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree and a strong commitment to supporting clients in their journey toward healing and growth. My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I believe that therapy is a safe space where you don’t have to face challenges alone. Together, we will work to identify obstacles, build coping skills, and create lasting positive change so you can move forward with resilience and hope.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll begin with brief introductions and a conversation about what brings you to therapy at this time. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and goals, while also giving you space to share what feels most important. Together, we’ll begin identifying your priorities and outline a plan for how we can work toward them in future sessions. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we take these first steps toward positive change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, my greatest strengths are creating a safe, supportive space and helping clients apply practical tools to everyday challenges. I bring strong communication skills to guide clear, meaningful conversations, and I use empathy and compassion to build trust so clients feel truly heard. I adapt strategies to fit each person’s unique needs, helping them challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping skills, and create lasting positive change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are ready to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. My clients are often seeking relief from anxiety, depression, grief, or the effects of trauma, and are motivated to better understand themselves and their patterns. In our work together, I strive to provide empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness to help facilitate self-exploration and growth. Common goals include building self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, enhancing self-esteem, and developing greater self-acceptance. Whether you are navigating life transitions, struggling with relationships, or simply seeking personal growth, I am here to support you on your journey.

I felt very comfortable sharing my feelings and thoughts with Christine. She was very warm and easy to talk to. I’m excited to start this journey with a solution based treatment plan that she has proposed.
