My hope for each client is that they find peace, and hope, gain better wisdom and understanding of their own self; that they can HEAL, whatever their reason(s) (past or present) for seeking help.
My mission is to help others improve their overall mental well-being and work towards a more positive mindset. I help clients discover their self worth while learning to overcome adversity and utilize healthy coping skills.
First session
During this time, we will be reviewing all intake paperwork and begin the process of building rapport. I always look forward to meeting new clients!

Ideal clients
I have 19 years experience with adolescents and teens in the education setting, but just as many working with adults. I'm a people person and are confident I have the natural ability to connect with any client, despite their age or need. I meet the client where they are at any stage of life.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
During session we will explore how your thoughts affect emotions and how emotions drive behaviors in a positive or negative way. Overtime you can overcome unhealthy thought patterns by using healthier cope skills moving forward.
