I'm understanding and empathetic towards the clients I work with. I can easily build rapport where my clients feel at ease to communicate and trust. I'm committed to building strong positive relationships with all of my clients, so together we can work towards reaching goals. My mission is to help others improve their overall mental well-being and work towards a more positive mindset. I help clients discover their self worth while learning to overcome adversity and utilize healthy coping skills.
During this time, we will be reviewing all intake paperwork and begin the process of building rapport. I always look forward to meeting new clients!
Interactive feedback and supportive reflection are frequently used to help my clients find the insight needed to reflect and grow within themself; to find purpose and direction during times of struggle. My hope for each client is that they find peace, and hope, gain better wisdom and understanding of their own self; that they can HEAL, whatever their reason(s) (past or present) for seeking help.
I have 19 years experience with adolescents and teens in the education setting, but just as many working with adults. I'm a people person and are confident I have the natural ability to connect with any client, despite their age or need. I meet the client where they are at any stage of life.
I help clients identify negative thought and behavior patterns. Together we work on replacing these negative thought and behaviors with healthy, more positive, ones.
