I am a Licensed Master of Social Work with a Clinical Designation (LMSW-C) based in Michigan. I received my Masters from Michigan State University and have been a practicing psychotherapist since 2020. My speciality is supporting individuals in healing and strengthening resilience following traumatic experiences. I primarily work with individual adults and adolescents who are struggling with trauma, domestic violence, self-harm, suicidality, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and/or identity-related concerns.
During the first session, I will spend time getting to know you, support you in identifying goals for therapy, and provide a space for any questions you may have regarding the therapeutic process.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my adaptive approach and emphasis on the therapeutic alliance.
Clients can expect to receive skills, support, and education that empower them to drive their own healing, understand their experience, and build connection with others.
I use an integrative approach that I adapt for each individual with their collaboration to meet their unique needs. Primarily, I incorporate aspects of attachment-based therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy for Individuals, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems; all with a trauma-informed lens.
