30 years of experience

Hi I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified addiction professional who has been in the profession for 30 years now. I bring to the table an array of techniques and interests from working with teens and adults over the years.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for use to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist my greatest strengths are my ability to be compasionate, empathetic, caring, hard working in nature. I see where the client is at and I meet you there.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their career to help improve themselves, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often get confused and anxious about their careers. I also work great with teens, younger adults and older adults alike to help enhance their self-esteem and get them back on track.
