What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I provide full psychiatric diagnostic evaluations. Clients will feel at ease. I provide medication management for non-complex psychiatric conditions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength is that I love what I do and have been described as kind and compassionate. I am a seasoned psychiatric prescriber with 25 years of clinical experience as an board certified clinical nurse specialist (APRN). I am conservative in my approach to medication, however if you will benefit from medication I will be transparent and supportive. If medicine is appropriate, the lowest dose that is effective is where we will stay. I am open minded and easy to talk to.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with clients who are motivated and committed to self-care and personal growth. The combination of psychiatric medication and psychotherapy together work best to improve mental health and functioning. My clients are diverse and I enjoy working with college students and young adults. Together we may collaborate with your individual psychotherapist to develop your best self.
