I am a Licensed Professional counselor providing secure telehealth therapy for teens and adults in Georgia. I specialize in helping working adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, trauma/emotional overwhelm, Life transition, overthinking/rumination, grief, depression and work-related stress. In therapy, I help my clients understand the pattern behind their stress/anxiety, build practical coping skills, and develop healthier thinking patterns that support emotional balance and day-to-day functioning. This form of treatment is based on understanding the link between thoughts, feelings and behavior and how all of these influence one another.
