Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently residing in Alabama, but with a license to practice in Georgia. I received my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2014 and my Masters in Social Work from Kennesaw State University in 2016. I've been practicing in the mental health field since 2017, largely treating severe and persistent mental illness, as well as crisis intervention. My goal in providing treatment is to help people shape their thoughts in a way that is conducive for the future they aspire to have.
In our first session together I will conduct a full intake assessment, gathering information such as treatment history, trauma history, and symptomatology. This helps me to determine what course of treatment is best for each individual client. It also helps to highlight any specific maladaptive core beliefs that we may want to tackle during our time together going forward!
Having experienced depressive episodes myself, I feel that I am able to empathize on a personal level with many of my clients. I'm more than willing to meet you where you are currently and tailor your progression toward your goals in a way that is realistic for you.
I love to work with adults who are looking to change the way they think about themselves, others, and the world. Sometimes my clients don't know where exactly to start or don't have the motivation to better themselves, although it's what they want to do.

Staci has been very encouraging and is very good at meeting me where I'm at - both emotionally and the direction and the pace that I want to go during therapy. We both have seen my emotional knowledge and self awareness increase dramatically over the last few months. I'm thankful for the depth of understanding and encouragement that she brings.

Staci has a gentle yet commanding way of getting me to view things and aspects about myself in different ways, and helps me put together new strategies for dealing with some of life's more difficult experiences. I feel seen, heard, and safe in our sessions and I'm very glad I found her to help me on my mental health journey.
Oftentimes mental health issues are caused by deep rooted maladaptive beliefs. Using a cognitive behavioral approach allows us to draw relations between the way we think and our subsequent emotions and behaviors. Change your thought process, change your life!
