New to Grow
As a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in Connecticut and New York, I bring over ten years of post-graduate experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children as young as five, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My professional background includes crisis intervention and case management, allowing me to support clients through a wide range of life challenges with compassion and clinical expertise. I take a warm, empathetic, and strengths-based approach to therapy, viewing each person through a holistic lens that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal, grow, and move toward meaningful change.
My goal is to understand client's needs; to provide a supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth. Your first session is a diagnostic mental health intake, which is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you to therapy. During this appointment, we'll discuss your current concerns, personal and mental health history, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. You are welcome to share at your own pace, and you may ask questions at any time. This information helps create a personalized treatment plan that best supports your needs.
I provide a warm, empathetic, strength-based approach to therapy that considers the whole person (mind, body, and spirit).
Currently, I am best positioned to work with adolescents ages 13 and older and adults who are seeking a supportive, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I welcome clients experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges who are motivated to better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Because I provide therapy exclusively through telehealth, clients should have access to a private space and feel comfortable engaging in virtual sessions.

I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I take an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that no single treatment method is the right fit for every person. Depending on your unique needs, goals, and preferences, I may integrate a variety of evidence-based and complementary approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Christian counseling/Faith-based therapy when requested. Together, we will discuss which therapeutic approaches best align with your goals during the treatment planning process and adjust our approach as your needs evolve throughout therapy.
