The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Many people experience feelings of anxiety and depression. These feelings are a natural and understandable reaction to life’s stressors, though at times they become overwhelming. I want to assist you in managing these very powerful and debilitating emotions and finding your power within them. It’s seldom we have internal struggles that don’t also affect our closest relationships. With that being said, I want to help you to observe the deeper patterns in relationships, as well as learn long-term skills to resolve conflict and improve relationships, in order to have the life that you want.
