New to Grow
My practice is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most complex struggles—including trauma, substance use, and difficult life transitions. Having spent time working extensively in school settings, I bring a deeply grounded, versatile perspective to therapy, along with an acute understanding of family dynamics and systemic pressures. I bring that same clinical rigor, warmth, and specialized insight to my work with adults, offering a dedicated and compassionate space for clients of all ages to heal and grow.
In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. These early sessions often focus on you sharing your story—your history, experiences, and what you’d like to work on. I keep the atmosphere relaxed and conversational so that you feel comfortable opening up at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to lay the foundation for our work and move toward identifying the goals that matter most to you.
I bring authenticity, empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence to my work. My lived experience allows me to relate to others with genuine understanding, while maintaining professionalism and compassion in every interaction.
I am especially well positioned to support children, teens, and their families, as well as adults navigating life transitions, stress, or challenges that feel overwhelming. My background gives me a strong foundation for understanding educational concerns, but I also work comfortably with clients who are processing trauma, substance use, or other difficult life experiences. Whether someone is seeking support for personal growth, healing, or simply a safe place to be heard, I aim to meet each client where they are and help them move toward their goals.

I identify as
Person-centered (Rogerian)
My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which emphasizes creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel truly heard and understood. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to offer empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to help clients connect with their own strengths and inner resources. While I may draw on other therapeutic methods as needed, person-centered principles guide the foundation of my work.
