I bring over 19 years of experience working with various populations and age groups. I bring personal experience, unconditional positive regard and empathy to my clients. I find the therapeutic process and relationship to be an ever-evolving art form. I truly enjoy the journey that we will take together as you work toward your personal goals. I recognize that taking that first step can sometimes be the hardest.
I believe in providing space and time for my client to talk. I understand there is a reason we seek space to talk, and I am happy to offer just that. I can listen, offer supportive reflection, or even help guide the conversation of you're not quite sure what to say. It is important to know there is no "right or wrong" approach to a first session.
I have a very calm demeanor, unconditional positive regard, and true dedication to the work I do.

Culturally sensitive therapy is an extremely important skull that I am well versed with and able to provide, bringing over 19 years of experience working with diverse populations in NY and MA.
