I chose Dr Ballard because her profile matched with what I was looking for as a first time therapy and psychiatrist patient. She was easy to talk to and we chose a path to get where I wanted to get to mentally. I was really nervous about taking this step because I felt like I was being weak in asking for help. However, 5 minutes into our conversation and my guard was down and I knew I chose the right provider. Kinda like when your gps shows you smooth travels ahead… :)
