Hi! I'm a Licensed Independent Social Worker based in Ohio. I received my Masters from the Case Western University and have been practicing for 10 years. I help women reconnect with the person that they want to be and learn how to take care of themselves in the process. I’ve walked a broken path and found healing, I want to give this gift to others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will take the time to listen and get to know you. I will provide suggestions on ways you can start the work outside the session. I’ll make sure you’re informed on the process of therapy and give you the reins to decide how you’d like to make this journey!

My greatest strength is my ability to listen and understand. I’ll walk beside you through the challenges and provide the support you need to become the person you want to be. I want you to be successful in loving yourself and I’ll utilize the therapeutic approach that’s honest, open and works for you.

I enjoy helping women who feel lost and alone to find the unique purpose that lives within themselves by helping them to restructure their thinking and learning to love themselves again or even for the first time. It all starts with one step and you’re doing it so let’s walk together in finding the confidence and love that exists within you.
