New to Grow
Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 12 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach is collaborative and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build practical skills, overcome challenges, and create lasting change.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, review your history, explore your strengths, and identify your goals. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of the path forward.
I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel both supported and empowered. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space while also helping clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. By integrating CBT, ERP, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and make meaningful, lasting changes that align with their values and goals.
My ideal clients are teenagers and adults who are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful changes in their lives. They may be struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. Whether they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps, they are seeking practical tools and evidence-based strategies to improve their emotional well-being. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients who are open to learning new skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating lasting change at a pace that feels right for them.
I help clients recognize how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and learn practical coping skills to reduce anxiety, depression, stress, and other emotional challenges.
I provide a compassionate space for clients to process grief and loss at their own pace. Together, we explore emotions, build healthy coping strategies, and work toward healing while honoring the significance of their loss.
I teach clients mindfulness techniques to increase awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. These skills can help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and promote a greater sense of calm and balance
help clients identify their strengths, build on what is already working, and create practical, achievable goals. This approach focuses on solutions and progress rather than staying stuck in problems.
I use a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach to help clients explore their goals, strengthen motivation, and overcome barriers to change. Together, we build confidence and develop realistic steps toward lasting growth.
