Hi, I'm Leticia, Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, having difficulty sleeping, feeling sad and anxious every day and unable to control those feelings? Are you having trouble focusing and staying on task? Well, you are not alone. Many people feel just like you do and I would like to encourage you to take the first step and schedule an appointment with me to help figure things out. I provide a very open and relaxed setting where you can feel safe to express yourself freely and share as much or as little as you would like. All our meetings are confidential and private. Together we can create a plan using medication management and /or therapy to help improve your quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very passionate about teaching and sharing information to help my patients improve their quality of life. I am a great listener and by using my knowledge and many years of experience in healthcare, I have been able to help my patients because I understand that we all experience difficulties along the way and we all cope differently with situations in life. And yes, sometimes life gets to be too overwhelming to manage on your own. That's why, without judgment or criticism, I am here to be that support system and guide to help you move in a positive and prosperous manner.

My treatment methods

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I like to use mindfulness based therapy because it allows the client to be aware of their symptoms and their reactions to situations and to focus on solutions rather than the problem. It’s a self-awareness technique that works very well and clients are able to participate in their own care.
