I help people get curious about themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep them stuck. I work with folks who want to feel more grounded, explore their emotions, and make sense of life’s twists and turns—sometimes challenging, sometimes playful. I especially enjoy working with clients who are spiritually curious, reflective, and open to exploring dreams, symbols, and the deeper mysteries of life, while also building practical skills for navigating feelings and relationships. My approach blends talk therapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, Jungian exploration, and a touch of transpersonal work—plus the tools I bring from herbalism and yoga to support mind-body balance. With couples I weave in the structure and practices of Gottman Method; helping them find healthy communication and balance. I like to meet clients where they are, help them reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create space for growth, insight, and even a little laughter along the way.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about getting to know each other and figuring out what brought you here. Fair warning: I’ve probably had too much coffee, I talk straight, and sometimes that includes a well-placed expletive—and there’s a good chance I’ll reference mythos at some point. I stay up-to-date on the latest literature and training, and I bring all of that into our work together. We’ll spend time exploring your experiences, patterns, and challenges—really digging into what’s happening beneath the surface. From there, we’ll collaborate on setting goals and creating a game plan that actually makes sense for your life. Expect a mix of deep exploration, practical skills, and yes, a little humor. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling seen, understood, and with a roadmap that feels actionable and true to you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are the wisdom and knowledge I bring, including a deep understanding of mind-body integrative work, and my ability to sit with immense discomfort, trauma, and pain without turning away. I hold space for clients’ stories, challenge them when growth calls for it, and guide them toward self-compassion and understanding. I support people in facing what feels unbearable, making sense of their experiences, and moving toward insight, healing, and authentic change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Many of my clients are navigating trauma recovery, relationship patterns, identity questions, or life transitions, and often feel stuck in cycles they can’t quite shake on their own. They tend to be thoughtful, introspective, and motivated for growth—even when wrestling with good ol’ existential dread and the ever-present pressures of the political system. I especially enjoy working with people who don’t mind a little homework, are open to being challenged, and are curious about building practical skills while also exploring dreams, symbols, and the deeper unknowns of life. I’m particularly passionate about supporting those exploring attachment wounds, identity, and the ways societal and relational pressures show up in day-to-day life. Clients who find me are often spiritually oriented and interested in understanding their emotional patterns, their body’s wisdom, and the meaning in their experiences. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, learn to navigate feelings and relationships more skillfully, reconnect with what truly matters, and move toward becoming more aligned with the person you want to be in the world.
