She has been an absolute breath of fresh air. I feel like I am not only being heard, but that she truly cares and wants to help me. She is helping me through one of the most difficult life events currently and I’m so grateful for her support and how much more I have learned already in terms of coping. I cannot say enough good things honestly. So happy I found her!!

We had a great experience with this Patricia. She was solution oriented, focused on helping us move forward rather than just rehashing problems. What stood out most was that she didn’t take sides. She made both of us feel heard and understood, while still holding us accountable. She related to each of us in different but thoughtful ways. It’s clear she genuinely wants to help and is invested in our progress. We left the session feeling more hopeful and equipped with practical steps.
