Hello! My name is Crystal! WELCOME ABOARD! I am an Air Force Veteran. I graduated from Liberty University in 2010. I started working in this field in 2004 as a Case Manager. Then I decided to further my education so that I could assist others in therapy. I have provided therapy to clients in a variety of setting over the years - but today, I enjoy doing telehealth therapy.
First sessions are always "information gathering" for me. I will ask about all of your history (counseling history, diagnosis, health, relationships, etc). This helps me get to know you thoroughly before deciding on a treatment modality for you.
My style - I am pretty direct. I teach skills. I also give homework.
I love working with professionals, veterans, parents, and couples. I also like working with teenagers who are trying to find their career path.
