Hey there. I'm Megan. I've worked with mothers and families for my entire career, and I get it. The demands of navigating the needs of ourselves and those we care for can weigh on us. Using a humanistic and CBT approach, I partner with you to navigate through your life circumstance. On a personal note, I have two small children, and I have experienced pregnancy loss. I know firsthand the complicated emotions of holding space for both joy and pain simultaneously.
In our first session you and I will get to know each other better. We will explore what brought you to therapy and how we can work together to meet your goals.
My greatest strength is supporting my clients and following their lead.
Life can get busy, but this moment doesn’t have to be. Together we can explore your feelings and thoughts surrounding big (and small) life happenings. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to recognize thinking errors, and help to reframe them.
Humanistic
I use humanistic therapy to point out things that are going well to help clients meet their full potential.
Strength-Based
I use strength-based practice to identify what qualities clients come to the table with and help them use those in daily life.
