New to Grow
Hey there. I'm Megan. I've worked with mothers and families for my entire career, and I get it. The demands of navigating the needs of ourselves and those we care for can weigh on us. I am passionate about helping others overcome hardships. I have a bachelor's degree from Ball State University in Psychological Science, and a Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Michigan University. I have two children, and I have experienced pregnancy loss.
In our first session you and I will get to know each other better. We will explore what brought you to therapy and how we can work together to meet your goals.
My greatest strength is supporting my clients and following their lead.
I specialize in supporting grievers, parents, and fellow helping professionals who are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. If you're used to being the strong one for everyone else, this is a space where you can finally receive the care and support you deserve. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, helping you process life's heavier moments while building sustainable ways to find balance and breathe easier in everyday life.

I use CBT to recognize thinking errors, and help to reframe them.
I use strength-based practice to identify what qualities clients come to the table with and help them use those tools in daily life.
