I am a politically Progressive therapist offering non-religious spiritual guidance in these deeply fearful times. I specialize in facilitating healing through mindfulness and present moment awareness, helping clients learn to manage and discipline their minds. I work with depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My current focus is on holding the light in these dark times.
