Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During your first session, you can expect a warm and supportive environment that will allow us to begin forming a strong therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your reason for seeking therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I will ask several questions about your background, family history, and mental health history. This information will help us to create an individualized treatment plan, tailored specifically for you, that we will work through in upcoming sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions are helping individuals through crisis and providing ongoing psychosocial support.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and other behavioral health concerns that may interfere with daily functioning and overall well-being. I enjoy working with clients who are seeking a supportive, nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, establish realistic goals, and develop practical skills to manage symptoms and improve their quality of life.
