New to Grow
You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience helping adults and couples manage anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship concerns. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps, therapy can help you gain clarity and move forward. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping you reconnect with your strengths and build effective coping strategies. Taking the first step can feel hard—but you don’t have to do it alone.
Therapy with me is practical, goal-oriented, and empowering. I provide tools you can use between sessions while supporting you through difficult emotions, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I work collaboratively with you to build insight and resilience. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies to support balance, confidence, and emotional well-being.
I’m best positioned to serve individuals who are motivated to understand themselves more deeply and are ready to take actionable steps toward improving their emotional and mental well-being. This includes clients who: Struggle with anxiety, depression, or stress, are navigating grief or life transitions, experience relationship challenges, seek personal growth and mindset shifts, and value insight and collaboration. My approach works well for people who want a combination of emotional support, practical strategies, and deeper self-awareness—essentially, those looking to transform challenges into growth while feeling understood and empowered along the way.
