Hello everyone! Life can throw us curveballs, right? Sometimes we can pinpoint what's causing our stress or sadness, but other times, we feel lost and can't seem to understand what's bothering us. Sounds familiar? That's okay! That's where I come in as a counselor. My goal is to create a warm, open space where you can explore your feelings and thoughts without fear of judgment. It's totally normal to feel a bit nervous about seeking help – after all, it's not every day that we open up about our deepest fears or worries. But remember, you're not alone in this journey. Whether you're working through anxiety, self-doubt, or a desire for personal growth, my approach blends evidence-based tools with genuine connection to help you reclaim your story and move forward with confidence. My aim is to help ease the symptoms, but more importantly, to help you build a solid foundation so you can face life's challenges head-on. The goal of our sessions? To nurture positive change, reduce feelings like anxiety, anger, guilt, and shame, and ultimately help you navigate life with more clarity, peace, and well-being.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other in a relaxed, supportive environment. I’ll invite you to share anything that feels important about your life, your current challenges, and any goals or hopes you have for counseling. You can expect me to listen attentively, ask clarifying questions, and help you feel safe to open up at your own pace. By the end of this initial conversation, we’ll work together to outline a clear plan for moving forward—making sure each step is comfortable and meaningful for you. If this sounds like the type of support and guidance you’re looking for, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in this journey. Feel free to reach out and book a session whenever you’re ready.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I genuinely believe that one of my most significant strengths is creating a warm and safe space where clients feel truly seen and heard. My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to understand each person’s unique story. I strive to ensure that every individual feels respected and supported, building a solid foundation of trust from the very first session. By combining compassion and authenticity, I’m able to offer a therapeutic environment in which clients can explore challenges freely, gain fresh perspectives, and move forward with greater confidence.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I find my work especially meaningful with adults who are seeking clarity, emotional balance, or stronger relationship connections. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, struggling to communicate effectively with a partner, or hoping to better understand your emotional patterns, you’ll find a non-judgmental and supportive space here. My goal is to help clients tap into their inner resilience, gain useful insights, and learn practical tools so they can navigate life with greater confidence and connection.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a foundational part of my practice. I use it as both a structured and flexible framework to help clients identify, understand, and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and problematic behaviors. My experience with CBT spans working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem issues. In session, I guide clients through recognizing automatic thoughts, exploring the core beliefs that drive them, and testing those beliefs through behavioral experiments, thought records, and skill-building exercises. I often integrate elements of CBT with narrative and mindfulness-based strategies, depending on the client’s needs and goals. My approach is collaborative and transparent—I help clients become their own “thought detectives,” developing greater self-awareness and practical tools they can apply outside of therapy. Progress is regularly assessed through client-reported outcomes, goal tracking, and reflection exercises to ensure we’re moving in a direction that feels meaningful and empowering.
