New to Grow
I believe therapy is a supportive partnership, one where I walk alongside you as we uncover solutions tailored to your unique journey. I strive to create a safe, nurturing space where you feel truly heard and can explore challenges without fear of judgment. Every step of our work together is guided by your individual goals, values, and preferences, ensuring the process respects and honors your needs.
Therapy is never one-size-fits-all, which is why I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, customizing each session to meet you where you are.
With experience across diverse mental health settings, I support children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and identity concerns. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel empowered, supported, and seen, so you can move toward meaningful change and the life you envision.
I am best positioned to serve children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, and emotional or behavioral concerns. I work well with clients who are open to learning practical skills, building self-awareness, and actively engaging in the therapeutic process to create meaningful and lasting change. I am especially a good fit for parents seeking support in understanding and responding to their child’s emotional needs, as well as individuals looking for a collaborative, supportive space to strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and feel more confident in managing everyday stressors.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic thinking. In my practice, I incorporate structured interventions like cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and skill-building to support clients in managing anxiety, depression, and everyday stressors.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I use DBT to help clients build skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. In my work, I often integrate DBT strategies to support clients who experience intense emotions, teaching practical tools they can apply in real-life situations.
