Lindsey Moretti
Hi! I'm Lindsey. Do you struggle with overwhelming thoughts that have impacted your daily life?
I have a passion for helping those that are storing their trauma within themselves and looking for ways to rid themselves of their struggles as a result of their trauma.
Are you struggling with daily reminders of past events? Are there days when you feel burdened by even getting out of bed? I collaborate with my clients that are suffering with depression, anxiety and PTSD to develop coping skills that lead them to their goals of being a happier more fulfilled version of themselves. Together we will work to establish your goals and the pathway we will take to get to those goals. Along the way, I will educate you on coping skills, to include, deep breathing and mindfulness to meet the days challenges head with deeper understanding and a sense of accomplishment in your growing capabilities. Whether you struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD or other concerns I'm here to assist you on your journey. Asking for help is often one of the hardest things that we can do, but also one of the most important and rewarding acknowledgments as well. I look forward to working with and helping you to overcome the challenges that you are facing!
First session
During our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. Having an understanding of history and challenges that have lead up to this day will help us collaborate to create treatment goals and plans that we will use in subsequent sessions.
