First session
Your first session is a space to start building a working relationship and gain a clear understanding of your needs. We’ll discuss your current concerns, history, and goals, and begin developing a plan tailored to you. You can expect a straightforward, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where you’ll be heard and involved in every step of the process.
Strengths
My approach is collaborative, practical, and patient-centered. I use a shared decision-making model, meaning we work together to find strategies that align with your goals and values. I incorporate evidence-based medication management when appropriate, alongside a harm reduction philosophy that meets you where you are.

I believe the most effective care comes from a strong, collaborative partnership. I approach each person as more than a diagnosis, and I value honesty, accountability, and mutual respect in the work we do together. Change is possible—I’ve seen it firsthand—and I’m here to support you in becoming the version of yourself you want to be. My background includes as a veteran and a retired first responder and both a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing from Walsh University, allows me to bring that clinical foundation into thoughtful, individualized care.
