I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in work with children, adolescents and adults of all ages. I will work with you and/or your loved ones to address any concerns with managing the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, divorce, grief and loss and various other challenges while helping you maintain a productive life style. I have extensive experience in dealing with diagnoses such as ODD, ADHD, PTSD, self harm, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, phobias, coping skills, as well as grief and loss. I also provide group therapy sessions to address self love and appreciation, self harm, social skills, healthy relationships, management of emotions and coping skills

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I use a variety of treatment methods to include CBT, DBT, Play therapy, Solution Focused and Trauma Focused methods. However, I use whatever is determined to be best for the situation at hand.

My biggest strength is my ability to meet you where you are. I come from a place of understanding and openness. Based on this I am able to assist with the management of very difficult problems and identify unique and practical solutions.
