Hi there, I'm Marie At times you find that you struggle to remember your value and to honor your own limitations and boundaries. Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, isolating from friends and family? Are you always worried the worst case scenario will happen to you? Do you struggle with self-image issues or adjusting to new life demands? I help clients who are willing to build new skills to manage their symptoms of depression or anxiety. Together we can travel on your mental health journey . I am committed to support you in the process with the utmost respect and dignity. If this sounds like you, I would love to help. My experience includes working with clients with mood or anxiety disorders, older adults whose challenges are unique due to declining physical abilities or clients who are having a hard time adjusting to a new life condition. I have always found purpose in motivating and empowering the clients I work with.

The first session is primarily about getting to know each other, establishing rapport, and setting the groundwork for future sessions. It's a safe space for you to open up and begin your healing journey. Your comfort and well-being are my priorities, and I'm here to support you in reaching your therapeutic goals.

I am compassionate and caring. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults and older clients whether in transition or crisis. I will meet you where you are.
