I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Addictions Counselor in the State of Tennessee with over 14 years of experience. I am also a certified EMDR therapist. EMDR is an effective therapy for treating trauma and helping a person regain peace of mind. I come from a holistic approach focusing on healing for mind, body, emotions and spirit.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to establish a plan of what we will work on in future sessions.

I have experience in working with individuals as they embark on their healing path. I am honored to be the facilitator in the healing process for those with co-occurring disorders – depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger issues, and addiction problems. I also have extensive experience with 12-Step work and 12 step programs.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a technique that helps a person move through painful memories and trauma responses. I have been certified in EMDR therapy for 10 years and have seen amazing results with it.

I use Mindfulness-based therapy to help clients move heal painful emotions and feel empowered in their daily lives. I have been using mindfulness-based therapy for over 14 years.
