In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session we can build rapport. We will get to know each other and develop your treatment plan. You can help me understand what brought you to treatment. Looking for mental health treatment can be scarry but know that together we can work on what brought you to treatment.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe that the individual has many strengths. Let's build on them. I like to see you grow in therapy and build on your resilience. I will use measuring surveys and your self reports as a method to identify your growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with the individual whether it be a teenager, young adult or an adult. I strongly believe that the client can change their narrative and grow into who they want to be. Through the exploration of who you are or you want to be. Building on your strengths, using mindfulness and grounding exercises you will find that person you want to be.
