Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and evaluator. I provide psychological services in English and Spanish. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and rational-emotive therapy.
I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-ups sessions.
