Hi! I am Leonice, a Licensed Professional counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I am also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in MA. I received my Master's in counseling in 2016 while working in a shelter for survivors of domestic violence. Over the years, I have also worked providing support to parents feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I have also worked with people from a variety of stages of life dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other challenges, providing them with a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration, healing, and growth.

We'll discuss your reasons for seeking counseling, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I'll explain the counseling process and answer any questions you may have. Together, we'll collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to your needs and begin laying the groundwork for our therapeutic journey ahead.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my empathy, active listening skills, and ability to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their emotions.
