After a month or two of a break, we picked up where we left off and had a lot of growth in association to how communication can be improved via interposal relationships. Not only am I dealing with family death grief, I have gotten out of an abusive and neglectful relationship/marriage, and have my safe space with Holly as a wonderful means to help deal with emotional overwhelm. Identifying patterns to avoid any anxiety and depression is a huge win when it comes to brainstorming with Holly.

She’s very understanding and accepting and I look forward to our next session after I’ve completed the worksheets she gave me.

I have really enjoyed my sessions with Holly! She and I clicked rotht away on my first appointment and I could feel that she was going to be a good fit. She is very genuine, kind and swears a little bit - which to me means she is REAL! I feel comfortable talking with her about many subjects - including kids, because she is also a mom and "gets it". Couldn't be happier!
